I'm not sure if this is part of the reason, but I did download the game from here on itchio and the Epic game store, and open the game through the desktop icon Epic gives so I could have day 3 (cause I didn't see it mentioned on Epic) but have an icon on my desktop to open

I noticed on day 3, when scanning the dog collar with the quantum matrix scanner, it gives the description of the bullet casing from days 1 and 2 instead.
